CAIR-Chicago’s Communications Coordinator, Amina Sharif to Speak at Lowe’s Townhall – January 15, 2012

Communications Coordinator Amina Sharif will be speaking at a town hall meeting at the Orland Park Prayer Center this Sunday. The meeting serves to discuss the incident in which Lowe’s discontinued its sponsorship of the show, ‘All-American Muslim.’ This event will include speakers from faith organizations throughout Illinois. They will discuss the importance of Lowe’s discriminating action and how the community can work together to rid hatred that can divide our country. It is open to the public, which allows everyone time for questions and answers.
