There is actually some truth to the claim that Fox News is “Fair and Balanced.” The catch though, is that such treatment only is given to those who subscribe to the network’s right-wing ideology. Anyone else is going to find themselves out of luck.
CAIR-Chicago’s viewing party not only offered a chance for the community to watch the debate in a space other than their home, but it also gave the community an opportunity to express their views while exchanging and sharing their ideas on pertinent issues facing Americans.
On October 22nd, 2012, CAIR-Chicago held a public viewing of the 3rd Presidential debate. CAIR-Chicago staff and community members comment on the candidates positions on various foreign policy issues.

Across city campuses, effective discourse has taken place on socially relevant issues, pulling them out of the “taboo drawer” and placing them into the limelight. From gender equality to immigration, today’s student approach has consistently been “let’s talk about it.”
And then there’s Israel and Palestine.
